Refunds and cancellation

Callback is in development. Purchase and live messaging are unavailable. Paid-service policies below describe the approved planned subscription; they do not activate billing or unverified app controls.

Scope

The Callback seller is Matthew Baumli, an individual. Basic is planned at $39.99 USD/month. No subscription or payment is available on this website. These are the approved refund and cancellation rules for the planned paid service. Contact vulnarity@gmail.com.

First payment

You may request a refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. Email support with enough information to identify the purchase. This first-payment refund does not apply again to each renewal.

Stop future renewals

Cancel before your next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Send cancellation or refund requests to vulnarity@gmail.com. There is no operational billing portal yet; a working process to act on requests is required before billing launches. Do not email card details or provider secrets.

Renewal refunds

Cancellation does not automatically refund a renewal already charged. Routine prorated renewal refunds are not offered. Billing errors will be addressed, and refunds or other remedies required by applicable law remain available. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory customer rights.

Twilio bills are separate

Callback does not refund payments made to Twilio. A Callback cancellation or refund does not cancel Twilio services, stop its independent account/number/usage charges or change its refund rules. Manage those services directly with Twilio under its terms.

Access and local records

Under the approved paid-service policy, paid send/sync stops at the end of the paid period; existing local records remain readable and exportable. Cancellation does not automatically delete them. Deletion is a separate confirmed choice. Deleting local data does not erase Twilio-side copies, exports or backups. Production billing and trusted entitlement enrollment remain unconfigured. Confirmed local deletion is implemented in the private development build, not a publicly released installation; it is not a total purge. See privacy and data for required safeguards and retained records.
